I assume there was someone near Wrocław in Poland, who proposed a meetup but I declined due to fear of being chopped up with an axe!

I invite you to a party. This is my spontainous but genuine invitation. It will be random and fun. The party will involve alcohol. There is 4 of us who would participate. Most of us would wear a dress (I think xD) and I provide alcohol and a projector. I bet someone brings a speaker. I myself will wear yuru yuri uniform, and I would bring a spare Chen cosplay if one of us forgot a dress. One of my friends most likely will bring a Miku dress but I doubt he would share it if you forgot yours!!! I will make sure you get in, no exceptions. Any language besides polish is fine as long as english is your secondary. Anyone speaks english better than me xD. Dress is not required. I can share my Chen cosplay with you!

I proclaim an oath; for the party to be free of charge to you, you can consume all alcohol in sight, and I would escort you out of it at any time you decided to leave it (if you found it uncomfortable) and pay your Wrocław-city tram/bus ticket to go back home. (So no uber, but in-city public transport).

The party will take place this friday. We can begin drinking during midday if you wish to start early, but it would be truly kicked out in the evening!!! If you wish to participate I will post details for you. Anyone else who wishes to participate in a heyuri party this friday in Wrocław - I can send you details!

My only requirement is for you to present me an ID document of any sort that would confirm you are over 18 (we can discuss under 18 but I don't promise anything >_<). I don't want to go to jail over feeding anyone underage some jagermeister.

The only rules is to not murder anyone, not leave permanent damage to anyone, and do not rape.=
Honour rules include no puking and no throwing our glasses against walls.
