Even if you don't consider PSP to be the best handheld console of all time you gotta admit it had the best library of all handhelds

You got everything for everyone – Fifas, PESes, and other sports games, Tekken 5 and 6, Ratcher and Clank games, God of War, Persona 3 with a girl protag and where you can actually control the characters, motherfucking GTA (it was mindblowing to have a 3D GTA game on a handheld back in 2009 when I played it), lots and lots of JRPGs and VNs, and much more
