I'm not on a diet and am eating fairly healthy. I started taking vitamins two months ago thinking it might help but it didnt do shit and I read online the brand had a bad reputation (centrum) so I just stopped taking them. apparently this has a name, "sexual anhedonia". if I still have this in a year I will seppuku for sure.
