it would be nice if people realized that the DVD release of digital era pre-HD shows is the best version
just because they can't do anything other than upscale it; the original files are in SD

it also feels a little weird that lucky star wasn't produced in HD in 2007, but I do know adoption wasn't anywhere near universal at that point
