Kids are nasty, most likely a challenge akin to kutas kozła "Buck's dick" where the point is to cause most disturbance without getting noticed and punished by the teacher.

They probably remove as much of guts of computers as they can get away with when the teacher leaves the class and whomever removes the most without being found out wins.

The goat dick game is about exclaiming "kutas kozła" progressively louder among kids. The next time somebody yells it must be louder than the previous otheriwise it does not count and he has to yell it again louder. Kids yell it louder and louder in turns until the teacher comes and shuts them up having noticed it. Loser is the one who got caught and got into troubles for it, the winner is the kid who screamed it right before the final guy as he did it the loudest without getting caught.
