I think bacteria might be too small for most consumer microscopes, and they're also mostly transparent unless stained.

What might be interesting is taking a small amount of the vomit and putting it in a glass jar, and then jacking off in it to make a semen-vomit cocktail .

Alternatively you can feed the glass jar your leftovers and see what happens; like those timelapses of rotting food you can find on youtube .

I was going to suggest microwaving it as well, but I have a feeling that the smell would be too horrible to conceal .
