there was a giant mosaic censor and a platform they placed in front of the toilet, and the girls would always turn the faucet on whenever they needed to shit.
the only time you ever heard farts/poo plops was when the water wasnt working (which was only one time) and when they were too drunk/tired to remember there was a camera in the bathroom
