as far as lolibots go, I've been wanting an answer to that myself. there are a bunch of sites like crushon.ai that you can use, but they all ban underage characters. ヽ(`Д´)ノ best I've managed to do is make "18" year old girls who act childish and have small breasts (they won't even allow flat chests - if you describe the character as flat, they will just refer to their "small breasts" instead).
