I like to call this one 'appellare falsam naturam' (lit. Appeal to False Nature), it's not a real thing, it's just a common fallacy I see a lot of people fall into.

It is the trait of people utilizing concepts of "natural behaviour" to attempt to rationalise otherwise animalistic or barbaric actions, it implies that humans, have some sort of "instinct" and must not ignore their inner biological animal brain to conform to otherwise societal constructs or just straight up basic human decencies.

Examples often include:
° our ancestors ate raw meat, so you should do the same for health
° you should be allowed to murder someone to rape their spouse, this is how the alphas do it in nature
° men are naturally attracted to someone once they hit puberty, because of teh "pheromones", so you should seek sexual relations with someone who would still cry if you told them they were a 'meanie-pants' - and don't ask why your 12-year old wife can't give birth and keeps having miscarriages, silly, thats your fault! Don't know you The Puberty already magically makes a child's body capable of procreation?
