I think the best way to seem interesting to a NEET girl is to say some weird chuuni stuff, like saying electromagnetic waves compelled you to talk to her or something. Probably think about the storyline deeply so you can elaborate on it if asked. I think you should make it symbolic of your actual feelings and desires in some way too, so that it feels sincere.
