I noticed this already happening because of Microsoft's absurd hardware requirements for Windows 11. Some places, namely corporate and educational facilities, threw out all their computers to replace them with newer ones. I'm willing to bet it isn't solely due to Windows 11, but it certainly would have helped the matter.
