Almost none. Almost all of them suck except Heyuri. I only use 4chan for boards like /c/, /e/, and /h/ to collect pictures. I almost never even read /jp/ anymore. Nothing wrong with that, though, honestly. I spend a lot more time doing fun things like playing video, drawing, making videos, and so on when not addicted to a thousand other imageboards.
