Not OP, but I live in a country where most people are of the same nationality and speak the same language, so when someone speaks foreign language, especially loud, I do get annoyed. glare1 Unless they are tourists, if someone lives in a country like mine, they should speak the official language in public. They can speak in their own tongue at home
