it was spammed with cp that the admin had to disable tor and vpns and he disabled posting during sleeping hours because of the cp and he couldn't stay on guard all day and all night
did they make you to register for that "chan" to post? i think they did, it was wykop.pl just in a chan css

you cannot post though, you need a polish ip
i tried using a vpn and certain single ips seem to work but they get a 6 hour cooldown before they can be regularly used
