the only irl friends i have are people i've known for nearly my entire life and i wouldn't have it any other way
personal internet friends are fickle, you'll find. for as much as everyone here likes posting with each and other, the chances of making real, lasting connections on the netz are quite low - even if it can feel great when they're just budding.
don't beat yourself up about any of it either way, your own company is always the best kind of company
