I think there are a different in being bad and overrated, as an overrated anime can still be OK. Here's a few i think is overrated but also sort of bad - but not 100% bad.

Most of these are 2010+ anime
But i do like modern anime too...

As I am currently reading Clannad VN, and very close to finish it. I am realizing how much harder it hit emotional this time than 10+ years ago when I saw teh anime. I have changed, and themes and narrative I didn't enjoy as much then - as much as i do now. I matured and see things different. Anime was still very good then tho!

I really didn't enjoy Moe anime when i started watching anime - which is one of teh reason i am biased about my first post.

I really liked Solo lvl, it was a good action-fun with rpg elements. I played tons of MMORPG which made it better. Nothing mind blowing but still enjoyable.
