Yes, I agree, actually; personal experience obviously does not represent the whole, and obviously not every place is going to be 1-1. Except, that while the problem may have been Anglo-originated, it is now a world-wide problem; thus why I was trying to assert it wasn't just an Anglo problem. Wiping Anglo culture from the face of the Earth won't change that now many other peoples have the same attitude, at least given the current sociopolitical paradigm.
Funnily enough I actually had a dream of this, if you can believe that....
