That's definitely true for Off-Topic, and it's intentional for the sake of freshness and spontaneity - too many sites go for "long-lasting Quality️ threads", which often results in the site slowing way down and consisting of the same threads for weeks/months/years

Other Heyuri boards don't have the same 3-day autosage that Off-Topic does - they might currently have a time-based autosage enabled, but this is a temporary measure against trolls intentionally necrobumping old threads to manipulate the index. Things have been improved in Teh Overhaul (coming soon?) so this won't be as much of a problem - the time-based autosage on those boards will probably be disabled at that point

That said, u can just make a thread whenever u feel like u have something to contribute. It's fine to have a thread per episode, or even just for specific scenes and OC
