That + it adds lots of things that never made it before release like weapons, a gamemode with teh removed class "civilian" and things that got changed like teh original graphics from teh first teaser trailer and teh early years of teh game.
They also added completely new gamemodes for funsies.
I really liked it, Steam release means moar people will play
