You forgot teh most imp0tant rule - don't post meta threads outside Site Discussion

Anywayz, it's impr0tant 2 remembar that certain users have a bigger problem with certain things than the wider userbase or even Heyuri staff-san - that's why it's best to not "lurk x weeks/months/years" since there's a strong chance you'll end up with the wrong impression. Instead, post moar, eat ur bans (which are usually just warnings or fakebans unless ur a regular offender/nuisance), and discuss things on Site Discussion if ur curious

I disagree with teh idea that we all do (or should) share the same political opinions - if things swing so far in one direction that only users of a particular political persuasion are present, we have failed at internet. That's one of the reasons why Rule 7 exists in the first place - so Heyuri doesn't become a one-sided political circlejerk, which sadly happens to too many places these days

Same goes for pr0n tastes for that matter - if there are only lolicons, we have failed; if there are only nijicons, we have failed, etc. The line is usually drawn not at having certain tastes (well, depending on legality...), but rather at attempts to drive away users with tastes u don't like - e.g. flooding an X thread with Y
