I think so! I think teh gaming landscape today is better than it was around 2007-2015 - at least below the AAA surface

There's a lot more variety to choose from - not everything is a casualized, piss-filtered CoD/GTA/Uncharted clone or a dime-a-dozen, zero-budget indie pixel game - and AA devs are back on the rise while certain "old guard" AAA devs & publishers are failing harder than ever (good!)

Obviously it's not comparable to how things were pre-2007, but at the very least I think things are better now than they were a few years ago
