Are you sure all VAGINAs stink of fish, or maybe certain unfeminine habits cause that problem? There's no point in feeding protein-rich foods (other than semen) to females because no matter how much they consume they will never get truly swole, so maybe fishvag is a divine punishment for wasting meat/fish/eggs/etc. by feeding them to your wife. The culprit could also be something else like preservatives/heavily processed foods, dairy products, certain veggies that stink like onions, garlic or asparagus, or maybe she's just not cleaning her VAGINA thoroughly enough. Maybe she has a mild infection that doesn't cause itching or rashes or anything, but just makes her VAGINA stink. Surely all VAGINAs don't smell like fish, there must be a cause and a remedy.
