Iruyeh-tan is a ronery tsundere brat from a rough neighborhood, and she is both envious and has a crush on Heyuri-tan. Iruyeh-tan makes frequent visits to Heyuri-tan's area to break teh rules and cause a ruckus bcuz she doesn't know how else to get the attention from Heyuri-tan that she craves

Unfortunately, teh local police officer (mod) always catches Iruyeh-tan and drags her back home, while Heyuri-tan remains totally oblivious
