Are you a NEET, OP? I fap less the busier I am, and I've always had a lot of hobbies. I advise getting some hobbies to rotate, and some really active ones that require attention. Physical ones are probably the best. I can't speak from experience though because I've always had a very healthy relationship with porn. I have trouble ever cumming more than once in a day, even if I'm constantly surrounded by erotic stimuli, so maybe that helps.
