There are some problems with that list, in my humble opinion (don't get mad at me). Apart from the general genericness, it also seems to favor console games over computer games (I'm talking about both console-only games and those that were later ported to consoles. Arcanum is the only PC exclusive there). Also the games on that list are all pretty new, the oldest ones are from late 90s. There's ~20 years worth of video games before 1997.
