Unfortunately that's why the AI doesn't seem to know what a tampon or menstrual pad is, because there aren't enough pics in its dataset. It does understand "stained panties", "blood stain" and how to combine those two concepts though. There's a Pony lora so hopefully someone will make an Illustrious lora eventually.
