No, that's barely half the reason. Posts discouraging people from posting allowed content is deleted - so are posts telling to use a word over another in that manner, depending on staff's discretion. You can keep using whatever word you like to use
though, "slop" can be a little R8 & deleted in other cases, but it's really not that serious of a business
