the default talk setting for mayura seems to be Silent
as you know(???!), the most lines of ghosts appear only when they talk with you naturally. For that you can adjust their talking frequency to be 30sec or 1min. For Mayura, you need to go to her settings page from her menu (after clicking "Next page" a few times), and enable it yourself.
