Good list of things to have, for the most part. You'll need weapons if/when bandits decide to go chiki briki on your ass, but if you can't get them legitimately... Well, don't let the law get in the way. You could also stock some luxury items like cigarettes, candy, and coffee to trade with any survivors.

It used to be you could get antibiotics through online pet stores, but I think they closed that loophole. Otherwise you could try getting some antibiotics "legitimately".
