I just came back from two days traveling all over the east coast of Japan. I feel conflicted because having only seen Japan through anime and a few films, it was not what I expected at all. The best way I can put it is that everything is physically the wrong size.

I liked it but not the way I expected. It's a weird sensation. Can you relate?
