new laws have created a new type of crime, called simply "terrible crimes", basically if you commit one such crime the police is allowed to kill you on the spot without going through courts and one of those crimes is rape

they were created to ease the burden on the justice system so that we won't waste months or even years of trials for crimes that are and I quote "unforgivable no matter who did it, when they did it, how they did it or if they did it at all"
