I BEAT IT!
i played all the way to the last stage without cheating, i ended up using a save state @ the start of the last stage since it was fucking absurd... though had i known it was the last one, i would've tried to beat it without it.
Teh ROM hack:
the sprites and jokes were fukken awsum, it was worth playing through this kusoge just to see them. well done OP, you did a great job! i LOL'd.
Teh Game:
to be honest, while the game is definitely fucked in some places... i thought it was a fun challenge. this clearly could've been a great game; it has a couple of kewl mechanics with the bomb (TNT in this ROM hack) that are fun to exploit once you understand them. it just needed a little more polish in the controls and physics...
AND FUCK THAT POND STAGE.
