Why Krakow?
Because the bulk of Heyuri's users are concentrated in Europe and the Middle East, with an apparent plurality located in Poland. We have multiple swedes and some brits too - if you live in those two countries, keep in mind krakow is like, a 50$ ryanair flight away.

How do I prevent myself from being raped or something else bad happening?
That won't happen. Worst come to worst, Kaguya will protect you, as he has a legal obligation to protect all Heyurizens.
Realistically, the only people willing to attend will be Heyuri ｏｌｄｆａｇｓ who you've probably spoke to anyway (´ー`)

What will we do?
Eat, drink, hang out, n stuff ヽ(´ー｀)ノ bring your computers, we'll probably have a LAN party too.
