it took me a long time to accept the role that sexuality has amidst reality as spirits. the hierarchy of needs pyramid model actually has sexuality/reproduction as one of the foundational components. sexual repression and oftentimes the manifestation of masturbation as a numbing or self-treatment agent can entrap the energy within cycles of trauma/guilt.
