Every website like that fails within a few months because it has no fucking purpose that can't be fulfilled by a more popular imageboard.
Seriously look at every imageboard that has ever had an active userbase they all had their own purposes. 4chan grew its userbase by being the first english speaking imageboard. 420chan did so by being the place where people could talk about drugs because 4chan didn't have a drugs board. Kissu developed its userbase as a refuge for all the original /qa/ posters to go to once that board was filled with soyjak faggots. The Sharty developed its userbase as a refuge for all the soyjak faggots to go once /qa/ was closed.
The only real exception to that rule is Heyuri which wasn't created because Lolico wanted to be some faggot internet celebrity who owned a big imageboard (at least no initially) but because once Kuz found it, his following from other sites populated Heyuri and gave it a purpose as a site that does cool shit.
