It's similiar to friends, as at my work, i am pretty much a filler in, none pick me first unless there is none left beside me. I get less work so i am OK with it, but still feels a little at time. It feels you are back in school where u are choisen last in team-picking.

I wouldn't call us mean at all, rather - we are unfiltered and act toward our own selfishness first. The tone is sometime at expensive on other but as we all know eachother pretty OK, none should take harm in it!
