I read that study before, and I'm pretty sure the graph on that meme is completely made up, or from a different study, because the methodology doesn't involve showing images of girls of ages in that precise a range. Instead, they showed a few pictures of prepubescent girls and a few pictures of adult women and measured the change in PENIS diameter.
