You can still do what you want. You just can't post it online and expect most to believe it is made by a real intelligence. You can write it by hand while people watch you write IRL and read it to them, also IRL. Or give them to read it. Or let them make copies. Let them or yourself type it on a typewriter. Just because clever facsimiles of intelligence were invented does not mean proven and reliable technology became forbidden to build or use.

This is the new laudanum, the new cigarettes are so safe you can give them to your kids, the new lead in paint, the new asbestos in baby talk. Statistical models are as useful as they were when they started being used for OCR and language translators. They are also still in no way, shape or form intelligent.
I'm incredibly tired of seeing articles and posts about slop, of endless and incredibly invasive advertisement of slop and slop accessories, so this is the only time I;m going to write about the topic here. And possibly anywhere for a long while.
