This is not gonna last this way forever imo, this is gonna be a word salad of points, not too related to each other but i think this:

Smarter kids are waking up to messed up social order. Modern kids disregard teachers and authority on a massive scale. They disregard authority in general. Not docile like previous generations that would reluctantly but obey elders and teachers at least in their presence, and social norms are falling apart too because there is no shame and no reward for following them since communities are fragmented enough that many kids feel anonymous. If you are older and tell them to stop swearing in public or stop smoking they will laugh you off, a generation ago they would piss themselves if they were seen doing it because you could tell their parents about it and they would be fucked ー＞ no authority and no community ー＞ new authorities and communities arise ー＞ usually cult of famous internet people and news (propaganda) channels of their liking as authority and communities revolving around them (notice that all politics is on the internet, i dont remember real life politics in my town or region at all, its all online and global, no local), everything is propaganda

Religion and national unity is almost dead or never existed in modern kids, so they tend to prioritize themselves, no national and religious kinship, stranger danger mentality. I was born when poland was heavily religious, now hardly anyone young believes, most laugh at church, a religion bound to fall in a few decades forever. They dont wanna talk with strangers, they dont greet older people unless that person is a friend of their parents. Kids are very cynical, and memes that they like prove it, they dont believe in anything and dont have any greater goals. They respect only their friends, and sometimes their family if family was cool and present in their life. I am not sure about my own bias because I only gathered with smarter kids, but even stupid kids hate the system ー＞ no nationality and no religion ー＞ new religions and beliefs replace them, no nationality replaced with identities from online communities, and also circles of friends but friends must align with beliefs for the most part

Smarter kids go reclusive and do stuff on their own because the system is predatory. It will be even more obvious in a few decades when old people will piss themselves surprized there isnt enough of workforce to feed their toothless unworthy childless gums. Since old people will be the majority all political parties will promise old people gold if they vote for them and they will have to extract that gold from dwindling amount of youth who will have an even worse situation with starting a family tanking population to 0. In case of poland they will probably moan that its somehow russias fault im calling it. ー＞ prime of new generation will hate everyone besides people they trust and ruthlessly use and abuse everyone else around as their employees to survive, nothing for common good, everything for own survival, not only the richest but everyone slightly better off will do it

I think kids will have to endure the rich squeezing the last bit of remaining population paying the government to enact more stupid laws benefitting them and increasing taxes so that only the biggest can survive and the same taxes would feed welfare for childless retired people while the richest evade taxes. Imo government is bound to turn to be more of a company where you buy shares to make laws than something for common people. Recent abuse in EU with chat control proves it imo (they waited for summer months that many people opposing AI scanning every message leave for vacation, they ran some emergency procedure like in case of a continental threat so that they needed less vote of the law to pass it, paperwork didnt go on for years but for a few days i think so that less people and politicians would notice it, politicians who left for vacation were not counted, i think they had internal pacts waiting until they leave and they were keeping a record if sufficiently many were gone to pass it) because companies wanted to scan more data. Or recent USA power trips with ICE and Palantir, Persona, flock, everything, i am sure it is all coordinated, they installed the same systems at border and airports, they added questions on visas to USA demanding you disclose your social media accounts so that they could do a check on you using your fingerprint, IPs, and cookie correlation about the same time they started with palantir and flock and persona, and their AI would get your life story, beliefs, family, anything, including what explicitly was labeled as "threat level", assume everything to be on a record unless you are absolutely sure there is no traces. Source code of their garbage program that would compile and present all that data was leaked a few months ago.

For this reason i think that the state losing trust and authority (that is proven by how many people watch mainstream/legacy news and polls that ask people "do you trust the government" going so low so fast) is the first step of how it will rot. Its the rich who pay for laws and as long as they dont stop making money nothing will change. Also note that its not only rich but its mostly them and PUBLIC COMPANIES where their decisions are determined strictly by money that even regular people pour into them and keep it alive, its hard to put blame on someone for being horrible at a public company because they will just change the CEO but not much else, private companies at least have to improve a bit to regain trust.

Not sure how to proceed except become independent if it all crashes or they ban you from buying food either legally or they fix the price effectively making you perpetually dependent on their hospitality. Get land, start a farm, make everything yourself or buy stuff from neighbors that make these things themselves. Be armed, have your own AI to consult and learn from to improve your adaptability, torrent tons of data on useful topics to feed the AI and learn from when you need it. I dont know!

Make friends with other people who see it coming to have a mutual aid safety net.
