What hurts me the most, personally, is that I myself spent years being derided for lack of creativity in my (literary) works. I even had what I thought was the privilege of visiting Oxford university. You won't believe what I saw! I can't even write of it here. I had set aside hundreds of euros to visit this supposed center of European intellectualism. I had prepared all sorts of things in anticipation of this visit. Today it smells and looks like an arab baazar and is as sophisticated as a middle school. Na. You mustn’t count your chickens before they’re hatched.
