I think these types fixate on drawings because its an easy target, its easy to pick on people who just want to make art and dont want trouble.
And what are they going to do, they cant defend themselves to society - "Help me, these people are harassing me, all i wanted to do was draw babies getting bukkake'd" as a loli artist its an incredibly hard position to defend to the public, so most dont fight and instead retreat when harassed. It makes them easy victims/scapegoats for these censorious sociopaths. its unfortunate.
