1. correct, ill have to look up abilities of tor if its feasable at all, though if everyone did it then tor would die, its nicer to use a vpn because a vpn is one server of a rich company that doesnt care, and tor routing it 3 servers by nonprofits and regular people

2. ill need to study it to make a sensible judgement imo as long as it doesnt leak then it is good
