1- (the moral reason) torrenting on Tor could overwhelm the network meaning other people using the nodes that you are also using will experience slowdowns (maybe even disconnects idk), Tor isn't famous for its speed so you'd also be downloading slower yourself
2. (the security reason) unless the client you are using is "Tor aware" (meaning it does the necessary stuff to not upload your bare ip address or other identifying information) you may be completely nullifying the security advantages of Tor
I once looked up if qbittorrent can be used with Tor, I don't remember what I found but I remember the answer being something along the lines of "probably not"
