Not really. Sometimes I look at people and wonder if they're thinking about me oddly for some reason due to an odd expression on their face, but after a lot of life experience, I can conclude that other people just aren't paying full attention to what's going on, so any weird expressions they make to you can be ignored. In general, what others think doesn't matter that much anyway.

now if you get responses like double-takes (often benign, but sometimes something), hard staring (usually something), or making a concerted effort to look away (definitely something), those are signs that you might have actually done something odd (in which case, assert your dominance over them, you are in a winning position to defeat them lmao)
