You did create something that is technically illegal in two ways (underage and creating the images without consent; at least you didn't share them publicly).
But what you should worry about is getting obsessed. Like you observed, this kind of material makes you feel a deep emotional connection, and it can get obsessive if you're the right kind of person who doesn't fall out of addictions eventually.
