i always clean it immediately after i shit. first i spray it with a handheld bidet i bought from amazon and then i wash it under running water in the bathtub. always good to use a nice smelling lotion between your cheeks although i don't recommend rubbing it on the butthole itself because it'll cause discomfort and itching.
