I don't know where this came from. The only things that are particularly "mature" that guys are after on a woman are big tits and a big ass. That's it, and they don't even need to be that big for a lot of guys (in fact, having either be too big can be viewed as having weird proportions).
As far as I can tell, a lot of sexy clothing and makeup are things that women want to wear themselves, rather than what guys would actually select for them if given a choice.
