An interesting fact that’s growing with the minorities is that they often see themselves as being lesser than the white race. Some feeling like they’ll never achieve great things.
Unlike the white race there’s really not much in their history that they can look at and see as a role model for anything. Success feels out of place for them.
It’s like looking to see if I can get a job at a clothing store and seeing that the staff look 100% women. As a man I’m going to assume I just don’t belong. And it would be harder to relate with them if I did get hired. I would stand out like a sore thumb.
They’re beginning to grow sort of self hatred, it’s sad to see.
