I had looked this case up. He was a 30 year old young man, who worked as IT specialist. He pushed the hanging part too far during his perverted fetish pursuit and had accidentally strangled himself. His corpse was found like that about 2 hours later by a maintenance man, who was checking on leaking pipes.
