It hasn't been particularly positive, but it hasn't been terribly negative. I don't feel bad after jacking it either, I usually feel pretty great.
I definitely do look at almost everything in a somewhat ero manner though, and while I can deal with it, I won't pretend this is a net positive. You absolutely don't want to be staring at some guy's ass, looking for underwear lines. (・∀・)

I don't jack off more than twice a day and usually not even once a day, I don't spend significant amounts of free time on porn, and honestly, I've noticed that most people IRL are pretty attractive and merely don't photograph very well, so I can say that it hasn't warped my view of people in my daily life, vs thinking people don't match up to the idealized erotic image in porn. ┐(ﾟ～ﾟ)┌

I'm honestly tempted to suggest that worries over porn are more the result of feeling external shame from people saying it's wrong rather than internal disgust. That's probably wrong , but it sounds too right to my ears to dismiss immediately.
